- Which marketing technologies make up the investment managers’ MarTech stack – CRM, Website CMS, Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation, Content Automation, etc?
- How well is the Martech stack integrated?
- Who (organizationally) drives buying decisions?
- What will drive changes to investment management MarTech stacks over the next 2 years?
While almost all companies participating are using a CRM, only 70% are using Marketing Automation and 12% have a CDP (Customer Data Platform).
