I partnered with Synthesis Technologies and Sondhelm Partners to conduct research to learn how effective  investment management MarTech stacks are.  We sought answers to the following questions:

  1. Which marketing technologies make up the investment managers’ MarTech stack – CRM, Website CMS, Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation, Content Automation, etc? ​
  2. How well is the Martech stack integrated? ​
  3. Who (organizationally) drives buying decisions?
  4. What will drive changes to investment management MarTech stacks over the next 2 years?

While almost all companies participating are using a CRM, only 70% are using Marketing Automation and 12% have a CDP (Customer Data Platform).
